Education is one of the most important cornerstones of economic mobility and self-sufficiency. It is also a crucial factor in addressing the long-term challenges Native Americans continue to face daily.

  • Up to 61% of Native children live in poverty or low-income households
  • Only 16% of Native students hold a college degree, compared to 40% of white students
  • Less than 1% of ALL charitable giving in the U.S. supports Native causes
